Cancellation & Refund

Ordito.in is committed to providing a reliable and high-quality digital menu service. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our instant digital service, we maintain the following strict refund policy.

1. Subscription Cancellation
Since all our subscription fees (Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual) are paid in advance for service delivery, cancellation requests are generally not accepted for a refund once the service period has commenced. You may, however, choose not to renew your subscription at the end of your current term.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only under the following, specific circumstances, based on a genuine failure of the core service:
  1. Service Malfunction: A complete and verifiable failure of the core service (i.e., the digital menu system is consistently down or the QR code feature is non-functional) that cannot be resolved by the Ordito.in support team within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours from the support ticket being raised).
  2. False Promise / Misrepresentation: If the client can provide verifiable evidence that a specific, material promise regarding core functionality was made by an AXPIR Tech India LLP staff member and that core functionality is entirely absent or fundamentally different from what was promised.
  • Note: Refunds will not be granted for subjective issues, lack of technical knowledge, change of mind, or the closure of the client's business.

3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date of subscription payment.
  1. Contact our support team immediately via email at support@ordito.in or WhatsApp at +91 81118 52030.
  2. Clearly state the specific issue (Service Malfunction or False Promise) and provide all necessary evidence (screenshots, timestamps, and details of the staff conversation, if applicable).
  3. Our team will investigate the claim, which may take up to 10 business days. If the claim is verified under the eligibility criteria above, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription period will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
